Shipping & Self pick-up

Shipping fee

Hong Kong & Macao: For orders over HK$ 800, we offer free shipping by S.F. Express. For orders under HK$ 800, S.F express deliver fee will be paid by receiver. For Hong Kong & Macao orders, we currently use SF Express as our courier.
Taiwan: For orders to Taiwan, we offer free shipping on purchases over TWD $3000. For orders under TWD $3000, there is a fixed delivery fee of TWD $80. We may use S.F. Express or 黑貓宅急便 for delivery.

Processing time

We will ship within 3-5 days after you place your order online. Order placed after 12PM on Saturday will ship out on Monday. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.  

Self pick-up option

Pick up in our store at Causeway Bay Centre. You will receive a SMS when it's ready. Pick up usually is available in 1-5 days.
