If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we are here to help!
- We offer returns or exchange within 3 days. The 3-day period for returns or exchanges begins the day you receive the product and includes three consecutive calendar days; if you receive the product on October 1st, you have until October 3rd to initiate a return or exchange.
- You can return your product for store credit, exchange to a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
- Sale items are Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags.
- For All in-store purchases are Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.
- Shipping fee for both return and exchange will be covered by customers.
Processing time for refund or exchange
- 3-5 business days
- You will receive an email on the status of your return and the payment will be refund back to your original payment
- We will contact you if there is price difference on the exchange item
