Returns & Exchange

Need to return or exchange your order? We’re happy to help!
We offer returns and exchanges within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your item. For example, if your package arrives on October 1st, you must submit your request by October 3rd.

You can choose to:
✔ Exchange for store credit
✔ Swap for another item

Please note:
🔸 Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
🔸 Items must be in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached
🔸 In-store purchases are not eligible for return or exchange
🔸 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

⏳ Return & Exchange Processing Time
We will notify you of the progress via email. If there’s a price difference for the exchanged item, we’ll contact you to arrange the payment. Your refund will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase amount within 7–10 business days after we receive the item. We do not offer cash refunds.
