Shipping fee

United Kingdom: For orders over GBP £100, we offer free shipping. For orders under GBP £100, a shipping fee of GBP £6 will be charged. 

Processing time

We normally ship within 2-7 days after you place your order online. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Some items may take longer to ship. If your order is time-sensitive, please check with customer service.

Self pick-up option (Hong Kong only)

Pick up in our store at Causeway Bay Centre. You will receive a message or Email when it's ready. Pick up usually is available in 1-5 days.
